The Property Management department is an integral part of Happy House Rentals – real estate company that has been successfully providing real estate services for almost three decades. We do everything we can to ensure that you get the highest possible yield from your property without having to take care of it in any way. At the same time, we care about the happiness of your tenants. We provide honest and efficient service to all our clients, who, in addition to our professionalism, appreciate our positive and personal approach. We take care of your properties as if they were our own
Adéla Press, who has gained valuable experience in property management in the UK, is in charge of the department. Her right hand is an assistant Michaela Křiváková, who helps with administration. The condition of your property, check ins, check outs and all necessary fixes are managed by Jiří Opatrný. Markéta Mikanová takes care of the accounting, software, data and statistics. She keeps track of income, length of occupancy and other important matters.
